Family and Friends will take the plunge into the cold (hopefully not too cold!) sea on Boxing day to raise money for Epilepsy Action.

My Sister Rhian suffered for many years with Epilepsy - we miss her dearly and life will never be the same without her. 

The money raised will help towards improving the lives of others who suffer with Epilepsy, and to save those lives at risk.

If you fancy taking the plunge with us - the more the merrier! - This years theme is 'Space'!
